Yes, each sales are final. Your bag is handmade specifically for you, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Since the products are handmade, it can take up to 10 days for production before shipping.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
